  • Project management of the entire project from defining the project, conceptual planning & feasibility, though design & engineering, procurement & construction, till completion & acceptance of the facility fit for operations.

  • Cost control from the outset throughout the project through the full life cycle of the project ensuring our clients are always in touch with the project and its true cost. We employ excellent management strategies to minimise and control project scope creep and ensure that all scope changes are properly documented. Our believe that a well defined scope with a well prepared, detailed and accurate estimate provide a solid founding and require no project scope creeping.
